We have a couple of our rooms that had some potty stains from our doggies - I had already tried with tough stuff carpet cleaner to get out - Element came out and ended up doing 2.5 rooms and also got the potty stains and other spots completely out. I was able to leave to run errands for work came home and work was done and drying. Great service at very reasonable rates!!!
I was really happy with the carpet cleaning service and grout cleaning service I received at my personal property. Lets start from the beginning, I called 3 companies and Element was the only company to call me back the same day. Then I felt like he gave me a competitive quote (I work with carpet cleaners all day at work) which is important to me. He was on time for the service. He was very knowledgeable and I would use him again. I had a good experience with Element Carpet Cleaning.
Gary was responsive, professional and he did a good job cleaning my carpets. I will use Element for future jobs.
