I signed up for 6 services for laser. 2 of the 3 times i ended up with burn marks because the laser was too hot.The laser tech spent too much time talking, telling inappropriate stories and wasn't paying attention. I went back for my final treatment only to find out they are temporarily closed per the sign on the door. I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund for my final service that wasnt completed
