I have been in this property for 5 years and I absolutely love here, the property is clean and well kept the staff is very friendly and efficient Cacilia is very knowledgeable and willing to take care of any situation that has to do with maintenance. I do recommend that you contact the office if you’re looking for nice place to live.
I was honestly really nervous when my daughter decided to move to The Element Apartments because of everything I’d heard about the Greenspoint area. As a parent, you always worry. But she’s been living here for a year now, and I can honestly say my fears were much worse than the reality. The office staff Patricia and Alondra are absolutely amazing! Always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They really go out of their way to make residents and their families feel valued.
It’s been a good experience, I’m about to renovate my contract.
