It is with deep disappointment and disgust that I write this review of Element Apartments in Las Vegas. What I thought would be my dream home quickly unraveled into an absolute nightmare the moment I signed the lease and received my keys. The leasing team that initially handled my application is no longer at the property, but unfortunately, that doesn't excuse the horrific experience I endured. Tehran was very helpful, answered all my questions during our tour,went out of his way, the complex was very clean ,quiet and well kept up. The apartment was beautiful. I wish that you had a unit available. Thank you
Supportive kind staff that responds as much as they can to wants& needs of our community. Response time for noise/possible repair on noisy AC unit was less than 48 hours...BRAVO😎💯
