Purchased a new home from Element 119. Notified Brad (owner) about water infiltration in our basement walls coming from faulty construction on the main floor. Brad immediately took the blame, promised to not “leave us hanging” and to get our problem fixed asap. It has been months and we are getting the run around with no action taken, water still leaking into our home, and plants growing out of our floors. Would absolutely not recommend.
