I placed my order on 01/30 and the tracking number stated it still hadn’t shipped by 03/12. I called to inquire about the order and was told I would receive a call on 03/15 after they had a chance to check with their warehouse. I called on 03/16 because I did not receive a call on 03/15 and was told the order had been “lost.” They said they were shipping the order on 03/16. I am giving 3 stars because the staff was polite, honest, and quick to answer the phone when I called.
