This was the first time I’ve gone to a salon in 10+ years because I have horrible hair anxiety. But after receiving exactly what I wanted, I will never let anyone touch my hair besides my stylist Tania haha. Nizam (the receptionist) was also amazingly hospitable. He offered complimentary drinks (complete with a snack and drink bar even in the corner) and even free phone chargers and free wifi! The salon was clean and gorgeous. I went to get a balayage, and ended up befriending a stylist who knows a lot about color! Polie, you are UNDOUBTEDLY among the best in the city! I wanted a shade darker than the one I had. She gave me exactly the shade I wanted, and made my hair look soft , and sun-kissed. Polie is highly skilled, and knows what she is doing. The banter with her was an added bonus!

I loved the way Lisa took care of my hair. I did shampoo with deep conditioning and hair styling(curls), she did an amazing job. It looked really beautiful and shining.
