Niloo is a gem in the Bay Area when it comes to hair extensions! I had an awful experience somewhere else and came to her urgently right before an event. When I called, she picked up the phone right away and spoke with me and I was able to book a consult appt online right away. During the consult, she makes you feel comfortable and gives you honest info, unlike other places that try to sell you. We decided to go with K-tip extensions but she also offers many other methods. I went to get a balayage, and ended up befriending a stylist who knows a lot about color! Polie, you are UNDOUBTEDLY among the best in the city! I wanted a shade darker than the one I had. She gave me exactly the shade I wanted, and made my hair look soft , and sun-kissed. Polie is highly skilled, and knows what she is doing. The banter with her was an added bonus!
