I went to Elegant Xpressions to look for a dress for my second wedding. As some point everyone tends to having a bit of self-image/body issues and of course I started to have my own bout right before dress shopping. I came in and worked with Laura and not only did she listen to what I was wanting/looking for in my dress, but knew that this wedding is just as special if not even more special (which I hadn't felt at prior places). I was absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service we received!! We worked with Michaela to find the perfect prom dress for my daughter!! Michaela went above and beyond!! We will be back for all of our prom dress needs in the years to come!!

After being laughed at, at the French door! It was so refreshing to walk in and be greeted kindly! We had just the perfect amount of attention! Not pushy, but kind and considerate! I have 3 daughters! And I will definitely be back for winter formal, prom and weddings! The owner has obviously selected and trained her staff well! Thank you for your kind and courteous service on Saturday!
