Unless you want a stress filled wedding experience, do not shop here. Late dresses, poor communication from staff. Every time we talked to an employee we got a different answer as to why our dresses were late! They wanted to charge us a $40 expedited fee because the manufacturer wouldn’t get the dresses done on time otherwise. This was AFTER we went to the store, tried on dresses, and got measured. RecommendedAmazing customer service they definitely know their industry! The quality of dresses, jewelry, and shoes is very outstanding! Highly recommended!
the sales people didnt care about the people (us) shopping for bridesmaid dresses. they continued to ditch us and help prom people. then we were told our dresses would not come on time and we had to pay additional $40 for already $250+ dresses because the company told them they wouldnt be done in time! as a business, EE should pay for that additional fee.

Beautiful dresses but totally unimpressed with customer service. Came in from out of state. When I entered I was never greeted and then had to ask for help in the dressing room.
After having issues with tickled pink in Mitchell, we decided to try Elegant Expressions. The staff was so wonderful & helpful! We had someone that worked one on one with us. She offered her knowledge & if she couldn’t answer our questions, the other staff members were there to help. We will continue our business at Elegant Expressions from now on!
It's sad that their wedding stuff is going out of business. But I can't be more thankful to have found my beautiful wedding dress there! The people are so welcoming! And easy to get along with! Highly recommend, if you need a prom dress or a formal dress they have alot of options!! Also big thank you too Laura that helped me!
I’ve been in a few different times and both times the employees were pretty short with me and not very helpful. When I was in to try on dresses, I felt like an inconvenience...like they couldnt get me out the door fast enough, even though I was the only customer in the store. I actually considered buying one of the dresses, but decided not to based on the customer service.
