Great to work with! They’ll help guide for you what you need too based on your event size, specifics, etc. so it’s easy for beginners if you are like we were! Communication was excellent each step of the way (even for the unexpected, they’re on call). We had to add, subtract a couple times on our initial order too and they made it seamless.
Harassed me endlessly for 6 years. And I have proof. And I’m going to shut them down. Human Rights violations. Hey there BBB. Did you know they operate illegally with no DOT’s and two 17 y/o employed? 🤌
I've used Elegant Settings for two large events at our home. In both cases, everyone from the owner and office staff to the crew leader and crew members went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed for the event. We especially appreciated the flexibility to make changes on our order, even up to the day before, when we could be sure about the weather. The hardworking crew took special care to leave the lawn in as good shape as possible once the tent came down. Thank you!
Super easy pickup, delivery and ordering process! Everything showed up in great condition and all accounted for. They were very flexible with changes in ordering as well, especially throughout our planning process (there were many!). We were very happy with the process -- thank you!!
We rented tables and chairs from Elegant Settings for our backyard wedding. Ted was wonderful, finding a way to fit us in on a super busy weekend on short notice. The crew set everything up for us and was super easy to work with. And the Fruitwood chairs were beautiful! They look exactly like the pictures and worked wonderfully. I cannot thank them enough!
