I hired Elegant Roofing and Remodeling to put in gutters along the back of my house. They showed up on time and worked until the job was done. The gutters look great.
Developed a leak. Went online Wednesday and matched to Elegant Roofing & Remodeling in our area. Received call from E.R.R. to schedule time Thursday for roof inspection and quote. Material delivered Saturday. Scheduled job for Tuesday. Received another call from E.R.R. stating they could do the job on Monday but we had scheduled internet antenna to be taken down on Monday. I hired elegant roofing and remodeling to install my roof. The rep showed up on time and gave me a reasonable estimate. They did my roof in one day I was shocked how quick they were. My roof looks much better than before and they even cleaned all my gutters which I didn't ask for. I sure will hire them again for my other properties.
I called elegant roofing to help me claim my damaged roof through insurance, they helped me all the way with the process that I didn't even know how to start. The owner Khaled helped me and explained everything to me and everything turned exactly what he said. The roofers were prompt and knew what they were doing. They really came through for us. A few days before we were scheduled to close on the sale of our house the roof sprung a leak in a back bedroom. Our buyers insisted we have the repair completed prior to closing and within less than 24 hours after calling Elegant Roofing the job was done!
