I?m glad I chose this company. The owner Khaled was very professional from the time he came to give me an estimate till the time they finished the job. He was straight up honest and very transparent about everything. The job went well just as it was explained to me. He handled my insurance claim and dealt with the adjuster and made sure they paid correctly. Yes I?ll definitely hire again for a different project. I?ve already referred him two of my neighbors and my brother. Keep up the good work.
Not sure what this guys problem is, but any time you ask a question, he wants to interrupt and almost bully you.. He came to give an estimate on my home after a fire.. He said he would only paint the wall 1/2 way up because it was not that bad.. Before sending the estimate he said I had to sign a contract.. WRONG...He told me the insurance company had approved him and that he had already scheduled my work.. WRONG.. .. Then the topper was.. There’s a huge misunderstanding with this customer. He didn’t even allow me to finish explaining the estimate which I submitted to the insurance company. Of course we don’t paint the wall half way and of course I’m not asking him to sign the contract so I can send the estimate to the insurance. We hired Elegant Roofing to replace roofing on two homes - one is our residence and the other is one of our rental properties. Staff and field crews were very friendly and the work was done promptly. The problem arose on our residence. After about a year, the roof began leaking. Repair personnel were sent out on three different visits, over the course of 4 - 6 months. The above complain made by this homeowner is over exaggerated. We offered to do the repairs to the roof where we thought it leak was leaking. We repaired the same area twice thinking it was leaking, I went there to inspect it after the second repair it turned out the leak was not from the roof but it was from an the AC pipes, it appeared the moisture from the pipe was leaking in to the bedroom ceiling and advised the homeowner to have it repaired by an AC guy. Lied to us as to how the Job would proceed and be completed. 1. No supervision 2. Inadequate Labor and material used to attempt to proceed with the job. (Used underaged untrained workers to completely ruin the structural integrity of our house by un-necessarily removing the tongue and grove decking because of "CODE". Please explain this to us.) The comments made by this homeowner is 100% false. We have the proof to back up everything against what he’s saying. We did the job per code and per the insurance scope. Insurance paid to replace the decking because it wasn’t per code but they thought that wasn’t necessary. And if insurance approves to replace decking and we don’t then we’ll be responsible for not bringing the decking up to code.
