Don’t waste your time, the manager never has enough people working and when you do get a spot they do a horrible job. I asked how long the wait is and he said a few minutes 45 minutes later I was still waiting. I’ll never go back.

I’ve been a loyal customer and my nail tech Tat is incredible—he’s the reason I keep coming back. However, the owner’s attitude is a big downside. I brought my baby to my appointment, and instead of addressing it politely at the start, he waited until I was done and then told me in front of others ‘next time he stays home.’ When I said I wasn’t aware, he responded with ‘now you know’ in a very rude tone. Very rude owner/front desk guy who also does nails. He needs to learn how to treat costumers, Bakersfield has plenty of nail salons, your attitude will make even loyal customers never return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve tried so many so-called “high-end” nail salons in Bakersfield, and honestly, most of them have been disappointing — overpriced with mediocre manicures and pedicures. So when I went to Elegant Nails, I wasn’t expecting much… but I was so pleasantly surprised! The gentleman who did my pedicure (I wish I remembered his name!) did an amazing job — my feet look and feel beautiful.
