The customer service is great and I will keep going back for pedicures. My only complaint is the first time I got a wax here, I ended up with a major skin irritation on my eyelid, like a burn. I been getting waxed for years and this was the first time that's happened

I love this place and the nail techs. Jenny does a fantastic job on my nails! I receive many compliments. Lisa does a great job on gel pedicures. Very friendly staff. Great customer service. They always ask if I am satisfied before I leave. Very clean. I always make an appointment and they are prompt. I would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I went to Elegant Nails & Spa on 09/18 as a recommendation from a friend, I had a pedicure and nails done I paid $135, a bit expensive by the way for what I typically 90 to 100 at other salons. My nails didn’t even hold up 10 days!! When my ring finger nail came off it didn’t even leave a trace which is weird cause normally the nails look pretty rough when the acrylics come off. Before my service I told the receptionist to please communicate to the technician that I wanted my nails to hold up at least 3 weeks, my usuals last... read more
