The service is imprimible and they treat you so good and the Receptionist is a good worker
lady seemed in a bad mood. Everything felt rushed and shaping of the nails weren’t that good.
As a licensed nail tech, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Elegant Nails and Spa. I brought my 6- year-old in for a basic shellac polish change on her nails and toes and was quoted $60 which I found very unreasonable considering a full adult pedicure is about the same price with shellac an extra $15 add on. When I politely questioned the pricing, I was told, ‘If you want to save money, you can go home and do it yourself.’ Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. The service was nice but the way they need to go back and learn some shaping skills is needed. For me to pay almost $200.00 and my nails are 5 different shapes and my toe nails are slanted. Some wide some slim. Honestly my eyebrows are cute and my lip wax was great. Everything else is bad very bad. I will never return money wasted.
Amazing little gem in my neighborhood! Always clean and always accommodating to when I need an appointment. I’ve been a loyal customer since their opening 4 years ago and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
