Personally this place doesn’t feel very clean when you walk in. The atmosphere feels dirty. Their station carts are crowded and they are located everywhere. I wasn’t a fan of my service. The lady doing my pedicure cut my toe, it was bleeding and all did was say “sorry” and excepted me to put my foot back in the water. I had to ask her for alcohol since I didn’t want my toe to get infected. Last time I was in to get nails and Pedi the lady dug into my skin on the top of my foot causing it to bleed in 3 places and crust over the following day. She used the silver foot tool that you use only on the bottom of foot. I have my feet/nails done on the regular so I know this is not a tool you use on top of feet. I honestly thought she was nice and very friendly but I recalled something about the last time this particular girl did my pedi. I called and asked if they could take a walk in right now. I would have understood if they told me there was a wait but they said there was no wait so I walked in literally 1 minute later because I was next door. They had a line and I waited for an hour and no one talked to me. Rude.
