Last time I was in to get nails and Pedi the lady dug into my skin on the top of my foot causing it to bleed in 3 places and crust over the following day. She used the silver foot tool that you use only on the bottom of foot. I have my feet/nails done on the regular so I know this is not a tool you use on top of feet. I honestly thought she was nice and very friendly but I recalled something about the last time this particular girl did my pedi. I called and asked if they could take a walk in right now. I would have understood if they told me there was a wait but they said there was no wait so I walked in literally 1 minute later because I was next door. They had a line and I waited for an hour and no one talked to me. Rude.
