We had previously had good experiences. However, they are now booking appointments they do not have the staffing to fulfill. I booked an appointment for my daughter and me. We went in and waited and waited and waited.... They were running thirty minutes behind schedule. Then they finally came over... One technician so my daughter got her nails done. I finally asked and they admitted to not having a free tech so my nails did not get done.
