I took my mom for pedicures and on a whim asked if they had time to change a set i got elsewhere i was not fond of. Zhana was incredible. I told her i just wanted something girly but elegant and she gave me the most amazing manicure set she hand sculpted using builder gel. My nails have never been so perfect. Straight out of a pinterest picture. Go see Zhana!

I didnt like the fact I came in on a sunday morning 15 mins into 9am and its 1 person doing 1 person nails fine no biggie she said hey gm how can I help u I said gm how are u I broke my toenail I just need it fixed she says oh do you have appt i say no she says its only me can you come back tomorrow I said I can wait until you're done no tomorrow oh ok..... like never coming here again 1st and last impression

Friendly staff. I do notice sometimes "steps" being missed in pedicure or manicure. Seems everytime i go the process is done differently regarding a foot massage or the way they would do manicures. While working on me I did experience many times staff checking their text messages or actually taking a phone call. Thought it was rude as I'm paying them for their time. B rating I guess only because the owner has been very kind. They need consistency in their mani/pedi routine.
