Had the worst service with a girl there I paid $70 for builder gel and the polish came off the same day. 4 days later all my nails are off and broke.
My girlfriend and I had a reservation yesterday at 2:30. We both arrived right at 2:30. We went in for a gel man/pedi. On top of waiting 45 minutes for them to start they had many hidden fees. $5.00 to remove our polish which is absolutely ridiculous. Never have I been charged for a removal of polish. Then $5.00 for special color which there is nothing special about the color I picked. $2.00 to use a debit card which i get but now total $17.00 extra charge for stupid reasons. I will not be back.
Very expensive, and the quality of the work was poor. I got gel on my natural nails, and the next day it started chipping and peeling off. I was very disappointed with the service, never came aguin.
I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience here honestly felt very misleading and unprofessional. During my appointment, I noticed the lady who I believe is one of the owners of the salon instructing the employee to use a sheer polish without clearly explaining upfront that multiple coats would be needed and that I would be charged extra for each additional coat.
