I went in for a shellac mani/pedi on 11/10/23. The pedi was good, my toes look great. The negative review is for the manicure I received. The individual attempted to use the electric file to file the top of my nails down. I declined this, as it would ruin my nails. She put it away and while I sat back and relaxed, she chose to use a rough file to file the top (not tips) of my nails, anyway. Ruining them. They now look torn up and unhealthy. I have nothing bad to say i had a good experience except the lady that did my nails did not push my cuticles back and fill the nail completely. She put on a full set of nails, after 24 hours it looks like I already need to have a fill.
