I had such a great experience at Elegant Nail Bar! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and professional. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My nail art was done by Tim and turned out exactly how I wanted honestly even better. I wanted to share my experience at Elegant Nail & Spa so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my visit was one of the worst and most painful I have ever had at a nail salon. My technician was unprofessional from the start, answering a FaceTime call mid-appointment without any acknowledgment or apology.
