I have gone to elegant nails a few times. It is a beautiful space. They cut my finger with my last manicure, so I was hesitant to go back. They did provide a gift card because of this. I did give them another try and my nails look so cute! I did a gel mani pedi. They did cut my finger again and the manicure chipped after two days…. I am so disappointed about my experience at this nail place. I get my nails done all the time and willing to pay for good work. My nails are all different sizes and shapes and just not even at all. And when finished I went to pay and they charged me $10 to remove the ones, $15 for the little leaves I had her put on a couple nails, $10 for the SHAPE of the nail ( literally paying them do what they need to do with every single nail- shape them!?!?) $10 for the length- and I think there was more charge. I had Summer for my pedicure and she’s simply the best leg massager ever! I love her sweetness, kindness and professionalism. Elegant nail at & spa is a beautiful place.
Horrible service I just want my daughter to get a manicure they were still open for 40 more minutes, but because she was black they did the white ladies nails no issue and said “they wanted to get home” lies
I cannot recommend Elegant Nails enough! Great technicians, customer service, hospitality, and variety of services!
