Won't be returning. My retention was getting worse and worse to the point I was having to return every week to get a fill. Customer service was very unhelpful when I came to them with my complaints. They didn't really seem to care about my concerns.
I have been going to this lash studio since last year and Giana has been amazing. She takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect and feels good on the eyes. She’s very talented and does amazing work.
So happy my fav lash tech is back 😍! Yay MACY🙌!!! Congrats on her baby 🫶🥹!! Macy always does the best beautiful lash set 😁❕️ she is always careful and advices the best set 🫶. Just walked out with a Macy set feeling phenomenal happy friday 🙌🙌😁💕. I must also say while Macy was in maternity leave, Nancy was a very amazing lash tech as well 🥹💓! Very sweet and caring🫶 leaving me fabulous pretty lashes 😍❤️! Overall, Very friendly atmosphere and staff love this place high recommendations 💯!
