Went in today to get my bracelet fixed and I explain to the gentleman how my bracelet had broke and that another jewelry store told me that I needed a new lock for my bracelet and how I would have to leave my bracelet with them for 3-4 days and the gentleman was just about to take his lunch but he offered to squeeze me in his schedule once he was done with his lunch.
