Kiro and his staff are wonderful to deal with- friendly, quick and honest. By the time I finished chatting today, for example, 2 items were polished, my grandmother's 1950s necklace was repaired and I had several items appraised.
I’ve been coming to Kero for as long as I can remember. He’s knowledgeable, attentive and always takes the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for and I’ve always felt like I can trust his opinion. I’ve recommended him to my family and friends, and they’ve all continued going to him as well. The customer service throughout the whole store is incredible.
The customer service is impeccable. You’re treated with respect. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone I know. They always make all their customers feel special. The prices are also great.
Kiro and his team at elegant empire are amazing, patient, quick, and accommodating! I needed the perfect rings and I needed them today and his guys at the counter helped me figure out what I wanted, made them for me, and gave me a good price all while cleaning my chains in the meantime. I would recommend this store
They’re fantastic! I really appreciate how well everything is taken care of. If you’re on the hunt for jewelry, this is definitely the spot! Thanks so much to Kiro and his team.
