Does anyone have the address and phone number to the new location. I ordered furniture and paid cash. Can’t seem to find a working number.
Same experience like everyone else; extremely poor customer service; she called me a liar and started shouting at me. When I raised my voice, she told me that she would call cops if I raise my voice!! I left the store asking them to cancel my order and not bother delivering it!! I called my credit card company to not pay them. Fortunately, they haven't delivered anything to me yet; so my credit card company will not pay them a dime!
Absolutely wonderful experience! Friendly staff and great environment. There were so many options available and I was able to pick out the perfect furniture for my apartment. Delivery staff was professional and items were delivered on time! Great experience.
They are the worst store I have ever been at. Long story short: Bad quality Late delivery by 2 months The owner promised that if a chair didn't fit, we could return it, but she was always ignoring our calls, when we went to the store she literally told us to F*** O**. Worst experience of my life. Please do yourself a favor and don't go there!
poor quality, we bought a living set for $4,000 we were told it was 100% leather however is just bonded leather in less than two months there are holes and they do not want to repair it. Do not waste your money there.
Do not buy from this store! I am an out of state customer. I bought a sofa, love chair, chair, coffee table and 2 end tables. Quality for the sofa, love chair, and chair are all right but the coffee and end tables are horrible except the glass top. The legs materials are like cardboard and hollow inside and they have paper cover outside. Seller promised me everything would be ship in 10 days. After 2 weeks, nothing showed up. Awesome experience The owner and Sheree both had good attitude and good customer service. Sheree's interior decorating tips were great, it worked out good for us. Our delivery was on time per schedule, no issues. I will recommend them for sure.
After selecting a specific delivery date out of state re company failed to ever call me with a shipping quote. The phone number listed is also wrong so no one ever answers of calls back. I found the owners business card and have been trying to reach the shop for over a month to change the shipping address somewhere that is less than two miles from original address. The owner accused me via email of thinking I thought the furniture was "free" and will take legal action for being unreasonable?? I still do not have my furniture... read more
My worst experience ever. unprofessional and dishonest. They just try to sell their junk stuff and get your money then they either do not deliver on time and deliver wrong items and after that they do not respond your call anymore. Quality sucks also!!!!! I suggest spend a bit more money and go to proffesionals
