Great customer service! I came there to get a replacement upper retainer from my previous ortho because it was chipped/in the brink of being broken. The first retainer did not fit me well but they offered to give me another replacement, free of charge. The second retainer fits perfectly well and doesn’t hurt/not uncomfortable. The turn around time was pretty fast as well. Highly satisfied with their service.
I can not recommend this office highly enough. I had a dental emergency and needed crown on very short notice. My daughter called at 9am and because of cancellation, they were able to fit me in by 11am the same day. The dentist was incredibly kind, calming, and helpful, which made me feel right at ease. I had great experience , and our family will be coming back to this practice for our future care. Thank you for wonderful service!
We are new to the area and found this dentistry because it was close by my house. They see both myself and my daughter and are absolutely WONDERFUL. Both doctors are so gentle and calm with my daughter and I. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. I LOVE them! Update- it's been over a year now of visiting Elegant Dental and though we have moved out of the area, we still come to them foe our dental needs. They are absolutely the best. They are both so patient with my daughter and I.
Absolutely amazing! The office is super clean, the team works very efficiently, and you never have to wait long. Their work is excellent!
