I love coming to Elegant Eyelash Lounge, the service is great! Gina and Porsha provide excellent service. I have been going to Gina to get my eyebrows arched for years! Gina knows exactly how I want my brows to look, she gets it right each time. My brows are not easy to arch as they are very thin but that is not a problem for Gina! I highly recommend the Elegant Eyelash Lounge!

My overall experience was just okay — not bad, but not particularly great either. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more. After my eyelash tint, I still had noticeable color left under my eye. I also received hybrid extensions today, but they look closer to classic. Both Gina and Jada were pleasant and professional, but since only one person was working, both of my appointments were interrupted by walk-in questions. did my eyebrows horribly no shade , respectfully…. But i wanted to cry lol . It just looked like i never even got them done . Young woman maybe needs more training tbh . I paid and even tipped for her time ,but i will not be returning which is unfortunate because I love supporting black businesses but it is what it is …

If I could give 100 stars I would. First time getting serviced. Eyebrow tint ✨️ short set eyelashes 😍 👌🏾 ♥️. Ms Porsha did that. 💃🏾💫 She was pleasant explained the lash service. I never had lashes individuals before. The shop was a whole vibe. From the greeting when you walk through the door to the music playing. If you ever in the area check her out you won't be disappointed 💯!
