horrible!!! worst customer service ever!!! after cancelling our wedding due to illness only 2 weeks after some of our groomsmen were fitted. they refused to give them a refund stating "policy". it was just old fashioned greed!!! they had no obligation because they had not placed an order yet because not all of our guys have been fitted. it is not their fault that the wedding was cancelled and they are due the refund!!!
Elegant Expressions is a good bargain I had a former friend of mine buy a dress here that was a lot cheaper than at a bigger chain store. they also had in house alterations that prevented her from having to pay alot to get it altered somewhere else
