I went to Elegant Cuts located at 3631 W 5th St, Oxnard, CA 93030 on Saturday, June 8th on the recommendation of one of their other clients. I was very pleased with their prices as I didn't feel they were outrageous for the expertise/service I was SUPPOSED to be receiving.
