These people purposely order dresses in the wrong size and make you sign a contract so that you have to pay extra to get them reduced. DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE! Remember to read the small print.

We are saddened that you feel you had a poor experience at our boutique. We measure brides prior to ordering and match their measurements with the closest size on the designers size chart. Because we are a moderately price boutique, our designers do not do custom measurements. We do however, go over both the measurements and the size chart prior to the bride signing the contract. I went in with little knowledge of the different styles of dresses and didn't have a clue what I wanted. The girls here were so nice and helpful. After trying on what seemed like a million dresses I found my dream dress. I would highly recommend Elegant Bridal to any bride!
