When I first went to the store, they were very helpful. After trying 3 dresses on, I decided to get my dress from there. But when I went to pick up my dress, the customer service was horrible. The lady who was supposed to do my alterations told me that she had too much already to get done and that she would not be able to do the alterations for my dress. We arrived at Elegant Bridal without an appointment on a Saturday morning after a horrible experience at another shop. We weren't sure they would be able to help us but were greeted with smiles and questions that would guide my daughter to her perfect dress. We are so grateful for the kindness we were shown.
Walking into the shop as the first store to try on my first wedding dress I wasn't sure what to expect. The second they saw just how nervous I was they calmed all my fears! I found THE most perfect dress at THE most perfect place. Thank y'all for helping my wedding dreams come true!
These ladies are amazing! I thought I knew what I wanted going in... The sweet owner asked if I would try on just one more dress for her. I obliged and I'm so glad because she saved the best for last! I purchased the dress of my dreams- Sophia Tolli "Bluebell!" Our big day was perfect ❤️I would recommend this boutique to anyone!!
I went to Elegant Bridal twice to shop for my wedding dress. Every person in the store was very helpful. They simply asked what kind of dress I was looking for and picked out some for me to try on. I fell in love with my wedding dress and they picked out a perfect Cathedral veil to go with it. There was no way I could have found a better wedding dress than the one that I have.
