Wish I had something nice to say, but I don't. Waiting on a refund for a warranty we were sold then couldn't even use. It's really disappointing when my family needs that money after bills pilling up because of the shutdowns with COVID19. Save yourself the heartache and go to a business that actually cares about their clients when it really matters.

Elegant Auto Sales treated me with kindness and respect. The truck I bought from them had some issues and they held up most of their end of the contract. I would leave a better review but I am still waiting on a warranty return that didnt work out. Over 3000 dollars.

This is your typical gypsy car lot right here folks. looks like they can make it Oregon so now they're spamming Marketplace and Craigslist. You know you suck when you have to advertise out of state because locals wont support you!
RecommendedThese guys have been fantastic since day one. Glen promptly returned my emails and answered every question I had, and then made me a great deal on an Xterra. When I needed some work done later down the road, Skip and service manager took care of me, in one day, and at no cost to me! I've never experienced this kind of service at any car dealership, let alone on a used car. They have made a customer for life.
Absolute pleasure to work with. Corey did an amazing job. I've been screwed by used car salesmen before but Corey was great and completely transparent with the vehicles. Very knowledgeable and got me a great truck that fit my exact needs. 10 out of 5 stars to these guys will absolutely be going back for my girls car when we trade up for a new one. Work with these guys, they completely eliminate the stigma of the "crooked used car salesman" they are great.
