I have a wonderful nurse, she comes here once a week. She's very professional, gets the job done, but is warm and friendly.
Everyone including the case manager, Miriam, home Registered Nurses Sintiana and Lucy, the Occupational Therapist, Armand, the Physical Therapist, David and Home Health Aide, Belen were of the highest caliber in their areas of specialty! Reliable, punctual, caring, knowledgable and extremely empathetic. Highly recommend Elegance Home Health Care!

Unprofessional interactions. So far, not one home visit since signing on with this company on 3/12/2025. Multiple missed appointments, no shows, then calls and text messages to either accuse or excuse for their own infractions. 😕
