They were very kind and comforting to me. I was getting all of my hair chopped off to start natural and they did EXACTLY what I wanted then to do, and a little more at the original quoted price. Also they squeezed me in super last minute. I was a first time client and they treated me like VIP. I will certainly be going back for any of my hair needs. :-)
