Elegance by Design is up to date on the latest hair trends and are reasonably priced. Not only are they fantastic with their hair cuts, color, foil, eye brow waxing, gel or acrylic nails, mani/ pedi's and hair extensions, they are amazing at up do's for weddings, proms or any special occasion. Debi Ley has taken care of my family for 15 years and I will never go anywhere else! I have seen Debi fix other salon disasters and the clients leave with a huge smile :) No other place to go for a professional experience.
