Worst medical experience of my life. Office acts like the surgery center has nothing to with them. Called the office the morning after as I am in severe pain they said we can see you in a month. So put a person under anesthesia which is your responsibility along with me being your patient and when I call Dr Sonderlings office they basically told me to deal with it they could see me in a month. I recentl𝚢 went in for a sleep study. The initial call from Aimee in setting up the study was welcoming. The night I went for my sleep study in meeting Dawn who heads the department made me feel welcomed. When you come in contact with the worker who loves their job, it makes all the difference in the world and Da𝚠𝚗 loves her job. So I just wanted to say, if you were trying to schedule your sleep study, rest assure that D𝚊𝚠𝚗 will take 𝚐𝚘𝚘𝚍 care of you. Thank you..

She is the family doctor paid by Baptist and it shows by the important expensive test she ordered for you while not following up on lab results or your next yearly appointment but drill you and grill you until you go get your expensive test at the hospital that obviously pays her when you get them. for shame. Find yourself another doctor.
The doctor is being non-compliant with the insurance benefits and billing through himself not the facility. He charged us our $70 co-pay, which is our only obligation, then has the nerve to charge an additional $692 by wrongfully billing. I reported him to the insurance compliance and filing and appeal and will have a lawyer on him as I am not the only one he is doing this too!
Pathetic. No compassion. No diagnosis. 5.5 hrs in emergency in crazy and nothing. We deserve better.
He was a good doctor to me until he began rescheduling my appointments and he tried doing it again after me arriving not more than 5 minutes late with no other patients waiting for him. I questioned this and he basically told me to find a new doctor that is more flexible. I had any kind of issue like this before and so it is bizarre. I basically had the office manager tell him I was begging to be seen and he refused.
