I know sales puffery is a legal defense but sometimes it goes too far. saying a house is 1400 sq ft when it is 1350, saying the garage just needs a door when it is unstable and not to code and needs to be torn down, are examples.
If I could only use one word to describe Paul Clem it would be AMAZING. From the very start, he was able to communicate in a way that made everything clear and understandable. My husband and I purchased a home with Michele as our agent, in 2019. I did not write this review earlier as we have been working with city of Portland, contractors and a real estate attorney to determine what our legal options were.
