Electrotech completed a major electrical repair at our home recently. We received a ballpark quote before the work was started. We waited 5 days for permits and locates, then the actual work took 4 1/2 days. Once the work was complete it took an additional week to get the invoiced due to the owner being on vacation. The final invoice was $500 shy of double what we were quoted. I feel the owner should have communicated sometime during the job that the price had exceeded his quote.
We have Electrotech working on a major emergency electrical issue at our home. Everyone we have spoke to has been so helpful with the process and truly trying to make the best of a bad situation.
The office staff at Electrotech are truly awesome. You can tell they really do care about their employees and customers. I would definitely recommend them for any of your electrical needs.
