If I could give 0 stars I would, yesterday one of their technicians was driving recklessly in a company vehicle and almost crashed into my husbands truck causing him to swerve out of the way. When he called the office the lady who answered was not concerned at all and had extremely poor customer service and proceeded to hang up on him. If this is how they treat people on the road and over the phone I would hate to see they're work.

Electrotech completed a major electrical repair at our home recently. We received a ballpark quote before the work was started. We waited 5 days for permits and locates, then the actual work took 4 1/2 days. Once the work was complete it took an additional week to get the invoiced due to the owner being on vacation. The final invoice was $500 shy of double what we were quoted. I feel the owner should have communicated sometime during the job that the price had exceeded his quote.

We have Electrotech working on a major emergency electrical issue at our home. Everyone we have spoke to has been so helpful with the process and truly trying to make the best of a bad situation.
