I had a request for a large production run of plating. The woman on the phone shut me down hard, without even having me speak to an owner or a sales rep. If that is the face of your company, it's not a good look. I'll take my quotes elsewhere.

if we could give a negative star we would EPI is very unprofessional shipping and receiving guy does not care about his job VERY unprofessional complains about the job and his whole life story every time we come in there never care what he as to say hits on our driver lady every time epi has no set prices and will charge you whatever they feel like at the time we will never use them again would never ever recommend this place
