Horrible Care – After they estimated (with $130 fee) that my television needs main board replacement and asked for $450 for the repair, i just decided not to repair. When I received my television back, there were dirt and finger prints on the screen and tape remains on the frame. if you still want to use the service, DO NOT PAY $50 extra for pick up and delivery service. You need to help them to carry all the way to their truck and same thing for the drop off.

Horrible is the only way to describe them – We had ES look at a TV in our office which had poor picture quality in May. When they came to pick it up, my cowrkers had the carry the 52 inch TV downstairs to them. They would not come in and pick it up. Same thing when it was returned. Several months after it being returned we noticed that the external speakers that are supposed to be on the TV were not there (we normally run a computer through it, and rarely use sound, so we did not notice the speakers were missing right away).... read more

Fraudulent Extortion – Total Fraud. RUN. . . Don't give any Credit Card info. nuff said. We disputed everything and called bureau of better business, state agencies, and a lawyer.
