Everyone I dealt with at Electronic Security Concepts was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Mark helped me design the system and Shane was the best installer I have ever had work in my house. His attention to detail, neatness, and expertise wellway exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company!
I've used them for over 15 years and they're very good. Only thing with invoicing they need to send the link for their podium so you can pay automatically.
Shane was wonderful! Got service on late Friday afternoon and it could not have gone better. He has been out to our house multiple times for install, upgrades and service and never misses an appointment. This type of professionalism is an asset to ESC and the entire team.
