Great!! I'll try to be brief here - ERS took my electronics from my house that had had a fire and said they would rush my MacBook and phone back to me and get the rest of my electronics clean to be ready when my house was reconstructed or I had a place to keep it. They delivered my MacBook to me at work two day later and it was spotless outside, like new, and they said they had cleaned the inside.
