Overall would not recommend. Items were returned not cleaned. Some damaged. Staff that came out smoked and were younger adults who did not seem to last long within the company itself. I would recommend you find a great contractor that includes these services along with the job itself of restoration or remodel.

This company has no idea, how much my family and I appreciate them. We had a fire in Dec. 2021, the company who “helped” was very dishonest, disorganized, and full of Greed. We were referred to Prism to restore artwork, reclean, and refurbish some furniture. Im forever grateful and appreciative of everyone who helped. They made a disheartening situation a hopeful one.
