One star bc no stars were not an option. Upon meeting the owner, I showed him a handful of items I wanted cleaned as well as my master bedroom Clothing and ONE other closet. After I left they Proceeded to go through every room even the basement which was not part of the loss. I have a large vintage oil painting that sustained damage to the hand-made frame during shipping via UPS. I had Prism restore the frame (two corners) and clean the oil painting as well. Brian and his team did a fantastic job restoring the frame and painting, and they did a great job giving me clear timelines and expectations. The price was very reasonable for such specific work, and I would recommend this business to others.

I needed a diagnostic report for a lightning surge insurance claim. I ask Prism to examine a home theater preamp, a printer and two surge protectors. Brian was very helpful and professional. The insurance company paid the claim without any questions. I highly recommend their services.
