Spent the most pleasant half hour describing our needs with the kindest sales rep. Received beautiful samples in the mail. That's where the good ended. I prodded for a week to get my quotes only to be told three times they would be there in an hour and two days later received three useless quotes that included completely wrong quantities and materials discussed.
