This place is a complete disaster. There’s nowhere to wait, so you’re stuck in the parking lot, hoping someone eventually shows up. They have no idea how to run a business. I brought in a LiftMaster gate arm—still under warranty—to exchange at the store where I originally purchased it. Beforehand, I called LiftMaster, got a case number, and was told the store should replace it. But when I arrived, they were unbelievably rude, outright refused to swap the arm, and just sent me away.
