Weirdest review ever... But! I had a dog not getting into a car scenario in their parking lot. I went in and asked if they had a ramp I could borrow. Without blinking an eye, the gentleman (manager??? I assume??) offered a ladder that folded up to try, and even offered to help me get the dog into the car. Real kindness. Like, so so kind. I'm grateful. ... We've also bought a freezer, dryer, and vacuum from them. They load so quickly. Lovely humans.
We are so glad we went to shop for a TV at Electronic Express before we went to Best Buy! Ben was sweet, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us choose the right TV. He helped us find a WAY nicer TV than we were expecting to get for our budget. I highly recommend stopping here first for any electronic or appliance needs - it has the warmth and friendliness of a family owned business, with the options and variety of a big-box store. Went in to test massage chairs and Vijay was kind enough to help us. He gave us space but was there to answer any questions. Awesome experience from testing, purchasing, and pick up of chair. 10 out of 10 recommend this store for anything they offer. Very helpful and accommodating staff! Vijay is the BEST! He absolutely went above and beyond!
I picked out my appliances online, but was offered to view them in person before purchase. When I arrived to the store, I was greeted and provided exceptional customer service throughout. I was given the opportunity to look around without being pressured or feeling uneasy. Upon checkout, VJ was my salesman. He assisted me, answering all of questions and concerns. He prepared me for the delivery process and what to expect as well. I will be making all of my future electronic purchases from Electronic Express in Chattanooga.
Strider and Lamar are amazing. Strider is beyond extremely knowledgeable about all things Tech. He is also very friendly and personable. Strider previously helped my wife and I pick out a washer/dryer set. We couldn't be happier with them. He recently helped us pick out a TV and TV Stand. He flawlessly set up delivery and hook up for both. We are extremely happy with all of the above. Strider is my sales guy, period. Lamar is in the financing department. I enjoy talking to him.
