We had a very disappointing experience at Electronic Express in Hamilton Place while shopping for a TV worth over $1,000+. The salesperson helping us was actually very nice and professional. He answered a lot of our questions about quality, price, delivery, and installation. There were a few questions he wasn’t sure about, which is completely understandable, so he said he would ask his manager. These guys are great! Knowledgable, chill (not pushy salesmen) and didn’t bat an eye when I came in with two toddlers! They had inventory I struggled to find at the big box stores, which is why I came in the first place. Will go back!
The staff at pickup were very polite and friendly. When it came to loading in the car the person helping was very careful with both the subwoofer and my vehicle. His carefulness was much appreciated!!!!
Had a great experience while handing them my money for a full kitchen suite but quickly changed my outlook when delivery came and the range was so damaged it couldn't be installed. We had been without appliances or a way to cook for over 2 weeks. They wouldnt leave thw range saod they had to take it back before they could bring another one. I called and they apologized and offered nothing else. Fast forward to the following day and we had issues the new dishwasher. Again they apologized and offered service. The customer service i received during my buying experience here was exactly what I look for. Very professional and knowledgeable sales reps that allow you to look without feeling pressured!
