Strider and Lamar are amazing. Strider is beyond extremely knowledgeable about all things Tech. He is also very friendly and personable. Strider previously helped my wife and I pick out a washer/dryer set. We couldn't be happier with them. He recently helped us pick out a TV and TV Stand. Great experience for my first time at Electronics Express. Best Buy was supposed to deliver a washer to my residence but then silently cancelled the delivery and rescheduled it for 2 weeks later after I had to call them to ask where the delivery was. Thankfully Robert at Electronics Express was great to deal with and had the same washer in stock that day. After talking to him on the phone, I drove down and was in and out in about 15 minutes with my washer all loaded up by the great employees. Great group of people and high... read more

We have purchased a number of items over the years from this store and went back recently to buy some AV equipment for an upgrade to our system. I was pleased to realize the level of great service is still there even though the store managers have changed. Will, the current store manager, along with Strider and Ben provided us excellent service. Misleading pricing and won’t honor their deals. They had a managers special running on this bundle, told me they were trying to clear the stock to bring in something new. I drove 40 minutes to come get it and when they rung it up, it was close to $600 for the remaining new one they had in stock. They said they’d only give the deal on the display model. Purchased an office chair that was uncomfortable and went back the next day to return it and buy another at twice the price. Upon arriving I parked in the loading zone to unload. No other cars were there at the time. While unloading my heavy box an employee came out with a large television. He told me to move my truck. I had the box over my head when he came out.
