Tried purchasing a washer and dryer from the Hamilton place location. We were attempting to use their Acima option for financing. The representative working with us said we could NOT purchase their product unless we purchased two of their financial products( via protection insurances ). Forcing someone to purchase a protection product and not disclosing it goes against bank laws and is fraud, which is exactly what they were doing here. Weirdest review ever... But! I had a dog not getting into a car scenario in their parking lot. I went in and asked if they had a ramp I could borrow. Without blinking an eye, the gentleman (manager??? I assume??) offered a ladder that folded up to try, and even offered to help me get the dog into the car. Real kindness. Like, so so kind. I'm grateful. ... We've also bought a freezer, dryer, and vacuum from them. They load so quickly. Lovely humans.
I came in for something small, and was surprised to see that they sell furniture! Really nice stuff, very affordable. Vijay told me about financing options. I’m excited to come back to furnish the living room at my new apartment!
Excellent customer service! Vijay welcomed me immediately and helped me with anything I needed as I just purchased a home. He was very knowledgeable about household appliances and tvs! I had no idea Electric Express was a one stop shop! Highly recommend!
We are so glad we went to shop for a TV at Electronic Express before we went to Best Buy! Ben was sweet, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us choose the right TV. He helped us find a WAY nicer TV than we were expecting to get for our budget.
