Very friendly, capable and accommodating staff. I enjoy shopping in Canada from Canadians and this shop and its staff are an example of why. They helped me with my questions about the product, were patient and good natured in the conversation and ensured that the purchase was straight forward and the shipping was efficient and arrived at the destination quickly.
Graham is a wealth of knowledge and was excited to share whatever he could with me in the world of HiFi. He was patient and honest and willing to help every step of the way. He let me listen to everything for a couple hours before I made a decision and tried to help me hear things I may have missed with audio detail. I have an audio experience rather than a great sounding system because of Graham. I wish I would have been fortunate enough to know about him decades ago, however, I am grateful to my other audio resource who sent me to Graham because he didn't handle McIntosh. A treasured resource/friend and complete pro.
