I have an audio experience rather than a great sounding system because of Graham. I wish I would have been fortunate enough to know about him decades ago, however, I am grateful to my other audio resource who sent me to Graham because he didn't handle McIntosh. Graham and Mikki are top shelf. Purchased my hifi rose rs150b streamer just over 3 years ago from them. Unfortunately the display died on the unit just outside of the 3 year warrantee. Graham sent it off to the service center for hifirose. He got them to repair it free of charge! I now have my streamer back in action. Thanks again guys!
While surfing online, looking at phono pre-amps, I found the electronic Depot. I was about to buy the Goldnote PH-5, when I noticed they had the PH-10 on sale for $100’s of dollars less than anywhere else. I spoke to Graham, and ended up buying both the pre, and its matching power supply. The icing on the cake was when Graham told me he and his wife would deliver it to my home in Hamilton.
