Tima was thorough. She explained everything. I like that. There were no surprises. I especially appreciate how she explained in detail the sterilization method for the equipment. I will be going back forever. She raised the bar for all my beauty appointments.
Tima is great and very professional. I have gone to her over a year and had to miss appointment because of an injury. She has a firm policy that is communicated when booking online and on her website. I am accustomed to her billing procedure and never had to miss appointment without being able to reschedule in advance so seeing the billing looking slightly different due to the no show policy I thought I was being charged extra.
