I didn't make it past first impressions. I had really high hopes and waited over 6 weeks for my appointment...I arrived and building was locked. Someone else let me in. The door to the suite was locked also, and I thought I got duped. I called no answer. I was about to leave and knocked again and she yelled just a second.....when she opened the door and asked me to wait in chairs I did. I started going to Fatima for her electrolysis services last year around March. She made me feel very comfortable and was thorough in explaining the different type of electrolysis styles. I'm around Issa Rae or Kelly Rowland complexion and have no scarring at all after her sessions. She also plays throwback music which gives a nice atmosphere.
