Total Rip-Off !! Ordered a product, within 2 hours decided against it and emailed a request to cancel. Was informed the order was already in processing and it was a promotion and could not be cancelled. In addition, was charged over $10 for shipping (rush) which i did not request.Avoid at all costs! Anyway.. that $4.95 item is costing me $19.90. Was also charged $4.00 tax $4. tax on a $4.95 item
