Its been 2 days and im still waiting for a REFUND TO My account IT was fraudulent scammed from this company I am missing ***** I filled a report with my bank I want my funds returned ASAP I dont know who gave you permission to steal from me and others what I seen in the reviews on the site. I saw that this company charged me $39.95 from my checking account and I hadnt ordered anything when I called them to have my money returned to my account I was told that I had signed up for a membership to which I had not!!Agent *** had first offered to return 25% of my money and then offered to return 50%I never end signed up for No membership!!!!I then asked to speak with her supervisor or someone above her and was told she was the best person to talk to.. ************ is robbing the people they are all over the internet ... read more

I like others, got suckered in by an adorable fish cat toy, which was paid for when I placed the order. Some *************************************************************** did I mention the toy stayed charged for 1 day and then wouldnt charge at all.Thank for nothing...absolutely nothing !!!

I was a fool and ordered a cat toy from them for about $7.00 - the toy didn't work at all. Live and learn.Hidden in the simple purchase was apparently a subscription to some program to buy more merchandise and they hit my credit card for $39.95. I successfully cancelled the subscription but they refused to reverse the $39.95 that hit my credit card.Do not do business with this company - there are people there just trying to earn a living, but the business itself is a SCAM.

Biggest rip-off company there is, illegally took ***** out of my account which wasn't even mentioned. Called to get money refunded and they gave me confirmation number with date money would be put back, still a month later still not in account. Called them today March 20, 2023, twice, both times told money was deposited in my account, told them i have proof it isn't and both times they hung up on me. I even told them i was going to Attorney General and filing charges with bank, they didn't care!

This company is a complete rip off. I don't see how these people sleep at night. They randomly charged me $39.95 for a "subscription" I never agreed to.

Ditto what the complaint below shared. I order one $5 product, did not select the expensive option. I did receive the one product but was charged for 2 and then double charged for the expensive shipping. So.....the one $5 product cost me $40 and it doesn't work.When I wrote them and told them it didn't work and I wanted a refund, they told me to take a video of the product not working!!!
