I purchased a top end of November that cost $75, I wore it one time, for only 5 hours. The zipper broke off just after 2 hours. I tried to exchange the defective item the following week and they said, "We apologize, but are unable to determine a manufacturer's defect due to the wear on the item and will not be able to approve for return or exchange". I was very disappointed with their decision so I contacted the sales manager one last time. She decided to offer me an in-store credit since the item was no longer available.
